Refund policy

Returns — If you wish to return a product, please send the unopened, original packaging back to the address below. Returns within Switzerland are free of charge, except for wholesale orders. Simply contact us for a prepaid return label. All other orders can be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full refund minus shipping costs. Shipping fees for international returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of skincare products.
